TECATE.- Mayor César Moreno González de Castilla named today, architect Humberto López Zarñana as the new Director of Works and Public Services.

He also offered his support to work hand in hand with the new director, saying that Architect López is a professional in the area, who knows the needs and applications of the city to perfection.

On his behalf, Humberto López thanked the thrust that has been given to him by the Mayor, acknowledging his work. He assured he will continue to do his job by improving the quality of public services in order to tend to them with proper timing.
