The city of Tijuana has a wide selection of culinary options, so many in fact that we sometimes end up eating the same thing and don't dare to try something new.

Nevertheless, each time there are more people who venture into the world of innovation such is the case of E1 PUNT70, a very different culinary experience. Head Chef Ricardo Buenrostro had the opportunity of growing professionally while studying in Spain, and now he is back in Tijuana to show us what he has learned.

"What I do is gather up 10 people who had previously RSVP, in a place that is everything but a restaurant , offering them a series of dynamics before dinner starts," mentioned Ricardo. Dinner consists in a nine course menu, created by Chef Buenrostro, who wants you to feel and sense each one of his dishes together with other guest.

The essence of E1 PUNT70 is that, those who dare to try it, experience a sense of surprise, impression, memory and amusement. Another important aspect of this culinary proposal is that E1 PUNT70 doesn't have waiters, given that Chef Buenrostro assures that there is no better way to deliver a dish than by the hands of the person who made it.

Dinners take place every two weeks, anyone who is interested can RSVP by checking their Facebook page, which posts the dates beforehand. After the great success of their first dinner, valued in approximately $150 dollars, Ricardo Buenrostro offers nine unique dishes for a total of $85 dlls. Pricing includes all 9 courses, as well as a wide selection of wines and beer to accompany your meal.

E1 PUNT70 is a different proposal which will delight your palate and show you the real essence behind the art of cooking.
