TIJUANA.- This weekend arrives with great concerts, exhibits and events that will make it very hard to choose just one, trust us, your'e going to want to see them all. One of the most anticipated events is the performance of singer and songwriter Natalia Lafourcade, who will be at CECUT's Performance Hall this Saturday, April 18th in order to present her international tour "Hasta la raíz".
The 31 year old singer is ready to visit the country's farthest corner with new original material, this being her sixth studio album, after a short break of three years on which she collaborated with other artists and participated in the making of tribute albums for icons such as José José and Agustín Lara, she is back on the music scene.
With just a few days to go before her CECUT performance, we will like to remind you that tickets are still available at CECUT's box-office with a cost of $800 pesos ($52dlls) general admission, $900 ($59dlls) and $1000 pesos ($65dlls) VIP areas.
The event will start at 8:00 p.m. featuring a regional talent show to live up the audience prior to Natalia's performance. Niño Van, a Tijuana/Ensenada duo will be playing alongside Carla Morrison and her album tour " Mientras tú dormías", sharing a fusion of alternative blues, acoustics and folk, featuring accordions and guitar as the main instruments.
