Rainy and eventful weekend for Tijuana and San Diego

Weather isn't an issue

TIJUANA/SAN DIEGO.- Unless you live on a very rain hazardous area, there is no need to stay home. Come on, it's the weekend! It's time to shake off that school and work routine for a couple of days. And while pulling out some blankets and binge watching Netflix with some pizza and beer sounds very tempting, we know there are many of you who won't want to waste their days away just because of the rain. So, for all of you brave and partying souls who are seeking for a place to go, here are sue suggestions for this weekend in Tijuana and San Diego. Just remember to drive safely, and if you can, spend the night somewhere nearby your event.

Fuerza Rock Festival

Panteon Rococo is back in town and more than happy to be performing for their Northern fans tonight, which of course, won't mind the a little rain.

Also during this 'Fuerza Rock' Festival, Cártel de Santa, DLD, San Pascualito Rey, Torno and Kung Fu Monkeys will be performing. Given the mixture of rap, punk, ska and wild rock fusion of 'Dark guapachoso' and 'Mariachi-eléctrico' of San Pascualito Rey, this event is one of the most diverse to arrive in the region.

The Hutchins Consort & Andrés Martin

For all those bass and orchestra lovers, tonight you will be able to enjoy a solo concert of composer, arranger and musician Andrés Martin from Baja California's Orchestra (OBC) in San Diego. An event from The Hutchins Consort where the Argentinian master will perform two original pieces: Elegía no. 2 in memory of Jerry Buffa and Concierto no.2 for bass and orchestra.
