Delight Yourself And Experience "EL PUN70" dining in Tijuana

A culinary proposal that will surprise you with every bite you take

El Punto is a totally different culinary experience that has arrived to the city of Tijuana in order to break the stereotype of a 'course meal', offering a creative and unique menu with every dinner.

Twenty two year-old Chef Ricardo Buenrostro has been able to take on the art of cooking and pass it with flying colors, especially for someone as young as he is. After graduating from the Tijuana Culinary Art School, Buenrostro had the chance of studying and working abroad in beautiful Spain, and one of his greatest achievements in his burgeoning career was being part of 'El Celler de Can Roca' kitchen in 2014, just a year after it was named the best restaurant on the planet. (it "dropped" to No.2 last year)

With a wide range of opportunities to discover new flavors, as well as a dynamic approach to the culinary arts, 'EL PUN70' came back to Tijuana in order to bring this great experience to Baja and Mexico. El Punto isn't just a fancy dinner that changes each time it's held, but rather a complete experience. With a nine-course meal, visitors are kept intrigued and nervous, not knowing what's going to be next on their plates, with a mixture of flavors that wouldn't normally be paired up and Chef Buenrostro making them work very subtly.

These delicacies are accompanied by craft beers such as Sapporo (Japanese), 'X' Ale (Smith Brewery) and wines like Chardonnay 2013 from Rutherford Ranch in Napa Valley and Tempranillo Viña Egui 2009 from Rioja España.

An explosion of flavors, sensations and emotions transforms the 'EL PUN70' environment into a timeless space, and with three hours of tasting and experimenting that will surely satisfy your appetite, instead of making you run out to the nearest taco shop afterwards.

For Chef Ricardo, the timing for his project couldn't be more perfect in a city that is hungry for new food experiences. He doesn't just want to provide something new, but is also seeking to share his life experience through his cooking.
