TIJUANA.- With the purpose of promoting professional and personal development for every Government employee, the Training Department has scheduled a series of workshops that will contribute to create better treatment and attention to any citizen that attends City Hall's facilities.

Head of dependency, José Feregrino Lira, informed that public officials are constantly being trained in order to properly attend citizens that visit the facilities to proceed with any type of paperwork, making them avoid a bureaucratic lag and long lines.

The Training Department has scheduled several workshops such as Sign and Genderinclusive and Non-sexist Language teaching which will take place on May 26th, here, employees will trained on how to address people with different abilities.

In the same manner, courses on how to create Expenditure and Budget Allocation will take place on May 26th and 27th, these courses will be specifically directed towards the city's administrators in order for them to elaborate a more efficient way of budgeting each area and correctly implementing them to generate considerable savings.

On May 27th, the Neurolinguistic Programing course will be conducted, where is intended to educate people in order for them to have effective communication, this is an alternative type of therapy that helps control emotions making human beings more tolerable to any situation that a Government employee might encounter while dealing with a citizen.

Feregrino Lira explained that each month, the Training Department schedules different workshops that accommodate to the officials request, this way they can get to know the needs of every employee and address the different issues that will help each dependency.
