Gemma Wale, a woman living in England, will spend two weeks in jail after her neighbors complained 'she was too loud' when having sex.

This act apparently violates social conduct regulations, which is why under the ruling of Judge Emma Kelly from Birmingham's

County Court it was determined that Wale had broken the law. This enactment also stipulates that any type of loud music, yelling, or insults (basically anything) that could possibly disturb your neighbors is forbidden.

The neighbors filed the report on January 29th, claiming that Gemma had been having loud intercourse for a period of ten minutes, resulting in the waking up. Unhappy by their interrupted sleep, they started a legal process that finally led to a 'fair' solution.
