In 1994, an initiative that for many still goes unnoticed stared: Word Car Free Day, with the purpose of giving some fresh air to the environment, but taking cars off the road.

While it's true that modern life has eased many of our daily tasks such as moving from one place to an other it's also true that some days traffic makes us want to cry. In a city such as Tijuana with locals, and thousands of tourist visiting daily, roads tend to be chaotic.

On Tuesday, September 22nd, Uber Tijuana invites you to join this movement, given that when you're stuck in traffic, not only does nature suffer but also your mental health. In Tijuana, a single Uber is used by 12 different people throughout the day, making this the perfect opportunity to invite a friend who has never used this service.
