TIJUANA.- The Tijuana Cultural Center's Theater (Teatro del Centro Cultural de Tijuana [CECUT] in Spanish), was at full capacity due to the great success of the back-to-back performances given by renowned actor Luis Gerardo Méndez on his Hotel Good Luck, an almost one-man show this past Tuesday, under the direction of Alejandro Ricaño.

Luis Gerardo Méndez played Bobby, a fun fact enthusiast that works as a radio announcer, transported the audience back to 1975, to the night when his dog died and in his dreams he discovered how to go to a parallel universe, to the beachfront Hotel Good Luck.

The journey he undertakes to this strange place every night is possible with the help of his refrigerator and his best friend, Larry Tocino (Pablo Chemor), a psychoanalyst and quantum physician, who discovers that in this parallel universe his dog is not dead; instead he faces the death of someone even closer to him.
