Intense Cold Temperatures to Return to the San Diego Region

Get ready, it’s coming again

According to Mexico’s National Weather Service, another cold front is coming our way with very low temperatures. A low pressure system coming from the U.S. East Coast will extend towards the Mexican states of Veracruz and Chihuahua, covering most of inner Mexico.

El Universal and Uniradio are saying they expect temperatures to go as low as 32-41°F, with possible frost conditions in Baja California, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Morelos, Oaxaca and Chiapas.

Baja California will experience really cold temperatures during the night and early mornings, mild ones during the day and frost conditions in the Baja mountains.

Tijuana and San Diego are expected to have warm temperatures until the weekend, which is when this cold front will arrive, according local forecasts, with temperatures ranging from 79 to 82 °F.
