Intense Heat will Continue Through the Week in Tijuana and San Diego

Good news for ‘summer’ and ‘outdoorsy’ people.

The heatwave that is slowly cooking Tijuana and San Diego alive since the weekend will continue throughout the week, so if you’re one of those people who complained about cloudy skies and cool drafts in May, now you’re probably switching sides and will complain about this.

According to AccuWeather’s forecast, Tijuana will feel highs of approximately 86 F starting this Monday, June 20, until at least June 27. People should take precautions if they plan to spend time outside these days, especially when riding on public transportation during a temperature high.

On the other hand, San Diego will also have a very ‘summery’ weather, although not as hot as Tijuana’s, with temperatures rounding the 82.4 F. People would do well remembering to stay hydrated and avoid direct sunlight, and to carry their own water bottle.
