Rock & Reggae 2016
If the sound of Jamaica is what's missing from your weekends, this event is just for you. Well known bands such as Tierra Fértil, Invazion Reggae, Fuertes Raíces Casino, with Rene Haro and Moises Castro from the band Nosis playing an acoustic set.

13th Opera on the Street Festival
This Saturday, the annual Opera on the Street Festival will take place once again at different points of the city; the first stop is Tijuana's Colonia Altiplano, where there will be artistic programs for children and youths, special performances and much more.

2nd Vegetarian Cuisine Festival
From July 2nd to the 3rd, Tijuana's second Vegetarian Cuisine Festival will take place, offering different master classes and workshops, and 70 total booths, 35 of them dedicated to food, 20 of them to artisans and their work, and 15 to health promotion.
Despite not being the focus of the festival, an artistic program is also planned so you don't have to eat your vegetables in silence; local bands, dance presentations, theater showcases and much more will all be there.

Sunday, July 3
First Lady Circuit 5 k Race
This five kilometers race can be completed running, jogging, walking or rolling, your pick. The goal is to raise funds for a new Workers Daycare, and the race is being held in all 5 cities in Baja. There will be drinks and fruit platters for those who make it to the finish line, as well as raffles where you can win anything from a wide range of prizes.

Sunday's Car Show Restaurant Row
If you live in San Diego or just like their weekend events, this showcase of rare automobiles, ranging from classic to muscle cars, is a great idea. Can't make it this Sunday? Don't worry, the show will be held every Sunday of November.

The San Diego County Fair
So you seriously haven't visited the SD County Fair?

Star Spangled Pops
The best way of celebrating the 4th of July is with the San Diego Symphonic Orchestra, where all-American musical pieces (from Broadway to folk classics), a military ceremony will be held, and the traditional fireworks show will light the night sky from July 1st to July 3rd.
