CALIFORNIA.- Wallet Hub made a study in 300 cities of the US to find out which were the best places to get a house for the first time.

According to the National Association of Realtors, 32% of the purchasers of usual residences in 2015 were first-timers; though the historical average of this group was of 40%.

California occupies a place among the less convenient places to buy a house. This personal financial website analysed 300 cities through 19 indicators, such as house accessibility, property taxes, property crime rate, and others.

The results showed that in fact, most cities in California are the worst to buy a new house for the first time, so if you are a "property virgin" you better check out this list to make sure your pocket is safe.
