Tijuana will be participating for the first time in the San Diego International Real Estate Congress, which happens at the same time as the Realtors Expo.

This event will take place in the San Diego Convention Center on September 12 and 13 of 2016 and is organized by the San Diego Association of Realtors, Greater San Diego Association of Realtors, and by local alliances.

Both events seek to provide a valuable business platform and connect developing real-estate projects with potential investors of the world and region.

"The importance of this invitation is that our neighbors in San Diego consider relevant projects involving the Baja in an event of international stature and see potential investments in this area", said Sergio Gonzalez, Director of PROBIEN, a real-estate group that is part of the international alliances of the expo.

More than 2, 500 attendees are expected, developers, construction companies, investment funds, investors and brokers.
