Germany and Tijuana Join Forces for Oktoberfest

TIJUANA.- You can never have enough of festivals, and the most famous border city of the world knows it. That's why this year, the city of the zebra painted donkeys has taken the challenge of providing us with many options to have fun in October.

We already had Festiarte, a festival full of local art and food, Entijuanarte is on its way with great musical performances, and now Oktoberfest is the new expected thing, that without mentioning that a zombie walk and a rally are also in the event waiting list of Tijuana… so yes, there you go, fun for everyone!

Oktoberfest will be the perfect fun point if you're into foreign beers, because Germany will be the official guest and you'll be able to try exclusive German craft beers.

The first Mexican-German festival in Tijuana will take place at the Cultural Center of Tijuana (CECUT), where Rock groups performances, German cuisine, and a sale of all kind of articles will be part of the event, which seeks to unify both cultures in a safe environment.

Date is Oct. 22 and 23 at 12:00 pm. At the moment is unknown if the entrance will have any cost or if it's going to be free; anyway, this is a very special event, and if you have the chance of checking it out, you definitely can't miss it.
