TIJUANA.-October is going fast, right? You thought you had everything sorted out for your costume but the truth is you still don't know who you want to be for Halloween (T.T); well, there's something we know for sure: The events you could enjoy this weekend with your friends, family or partner.

As every week we have it all figured out and in order, here are 11 events you should definitely consider for this weekend.

Thursday Oct. 13

1.- Movie Halloween Nights

We're pretty sure you like eating while you watch a movie (I mean, it's awesome), and now you'll have the chance to do it beyond simple popcorn and soda because the place will have a lot of food stands. Picnic Nights is an event that happens every year, and this time is bound to take place in a really cozy and nice food court. The Nightmare Before Christmas will be the chosen movie of this Edition.

2.- Panic Room

As we all know, Halloween is just around the corner and Haunted houses are a MUST. Panic Room is the place to experience a real scare in the city of Tijuana and is already open to the public. This haunted house has more than 10 different sceneries and 15 well-prepared actors to scare the hell out of you. They open from Wednesday to Sunday.

3.- Theater Play "El Legrado de Eva"

Maybe you're thing is appreciating art at its highest, and that's why this theater play might be just what you need to have a night with thoughts on abortion and how women empowerment can be achieved in society... subjects that will be addressed in the play.

4.- La Sonora Santanera

Thanks to the 34th Anniversary of the Cultural Center of Tijuana (CECUT), this famous Latin American musical group will perform in the esplanade of CECUT tomorrow night. Get ready for tropical fun.

5.- Gloria Trevi

6.- Enanitos Verdes

Enanitos verdes is an Argentinian rock band that is constantly playing in this border city, but that doesn't mean they don't have a great audience every time they play. A good show is waiting for you if you decide to go and have a really nice time.

7.- "RiseUp As One" Binational Concert

This concert will take place in the San Diego-Tijuana Border at Cross Border XPress, and it will gather some of the most famous Latin American artists of the moment. It will be an event to celebrate diversity and multicultural development.

8.-"The Gallows" at Cinema CEART Tijuana

There are many FREE events this month in Tijuana, and one of them is the "Movie Marathon of Terror" which will be showing several movies of this genre every Saturday of October at Cinema CEART. This weekend, go out with really good company and watch "The Gallows", find out what's going on and enjoy the many surprises this movie has for you.

9.- Raztlan Festival 2016

Tijuana will be invaded with reggae colors in this festival, where artists such as Cultura Profetica, Sister Nancy, Salvia Real and Somos Uno will delight the audience with the already known relaxing rhythm. Beer and food will be at your reach and several stands will sell products related to the reggae movement and more.

10.- Oktober Fest at Colegio Aleman Cuauhtemoc Hank

As a way of introducing this festival to the community of Tijuana, Oktoberfest has decided to organize an event at Colegio Aleman Cuauhtemoc Hank, this according to their Facebook page. Here you would be able to enjoy of delicious food, live music, games, and contests.

11.- Drive-In Theater Méliès

Every week there's the possibility of being under the stars watching a movie from inside your car, something incredibly convenient when having a couple (ahem), anyway, no matter if you're going with friends, family, enemies or whatever, the idea can be lots of fun if you give it a chance. The Sunday's movie showing is "Avatar."
