TIJUANA.- On Sunday afternoon, a Mexican man was stuck between the metal bars that divide the United States from Mexico, and was rescued by authorities.
According to Juan Hernández Linán, head of the Tijuana Water Rescue team, the man tried to illegally cross the neighboring country and got stuck between the bars. After performing several maneuvers and with the support of American officials, the team was able to release the man at 6:00 pm, according to reports in the Frontera Newspaper.
At the moment, the man is in stable condition, although with hypothermia due to the low temperatures presented during the day.
