Coffee grain is bought green, and roasted in a traditional machine. The smell of roasted coffee is indeed one of the smallest pleasures in life. El Che Café is the only place in town that does this with its coffee.

The specialty is called "El lechero", which is a coffee made with milk, normally more enjoyable if you take it sweet. Desserts are normal cakes and cookies, but the apple pay and carrot cake are made in Valle de Guadalupe.
