A family environment made this event a very special day

"Orígenes e identidad" (Origins and Identity) was the name and theme of the first parade of the Carnaval of Ensenada, where many colors, music and lots of fun were an essential part of the show. Families were watching expectantly and received just what they have been waiting for.

Thousands of people were marching along the parade floats, dancing and taking pictures of the event, while other stared from the balconies of their houses.

Confetti decorated the attendants who waited patiently for the cars to pass, the decoration was made by artisan hands of Ensenada.

The cool temperatures didn't cause the mood to decay amongst adults and children, who did not miss the opportunity to dance and share smiles in the Port of Ensenada's carnival celebrations.

Don't miss the chance of experiencing this carnival next year, with a new theme and may more surprises.
