Baja California Wine Wins Gold Medal in Spain

The medal went for Casta de Vinos

One of the most important international wine competitions in Spain, Bacchus, awarded the gold to Cardon 2014, a wine made in Baja California by Casta De Vinos.

As every year the judges evaluated 1751 wines from 21 countries "in strict tasting blind", which according to their quality were awarded with the "Great Golden Bacchus", "Golden Bacchus" and "Silver Bacchus" medals.

For four years the Cabernet Sauvignon of Casta De Vinos has been recognized in international competitions for its quality, earning two gold and two silver medals.

The competition in Spain was held from 10 to 13 March, and organized by the Spanish Union of Collectors, which is also recognized by the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV), and the World Federation of Great Wine Competition (VINOFED).
