ENSENADA.- The company Business Research & Economic Advisors (BREA), has released its study this year on all international destinations of cruises, where they reveal the places more people regularly visit.

According to Héctor Rosas Rodea, delegate of the Ministry of State Tourism, Ensenada is in second place at a national level, while in regional level is in the first place. Only in 2016, Ensenada had 258 cruise ship landings in the city, approximately 670 thousand passengers.

Currently, the Cruise Committee seeks to achieve that more than 80% of people arriving on a cruise to Ensenada disembark and spend an average cost greater than 64 dollars.

First places:

-Cozumel

-Ensenada

-Mahahual

In previous years Ensenada was between the second and third place, but this time, Ensenada got the second.
