Ensenada's Favorite La Guerrerense Is Heading to the New "Bourdain Market" in New York

Go big or go home

The success and fame of 'La Guerrerense' and it's famous food cart of Ensenada, continues. Years have passed since the famous chef Anthony Bourdain put this food place on the map of the culinary world by praising their ceviche and seafood tostadas, and particularly some delicious sauces that go very nicely with the dishes.

Since then, Doña Sabina Bandera has been showing the potential of Ensenada's food to the world, which has also allowed her to work with great Mexican and foreign chefs in various events; now she has also ventured into the market by launching her own brand of sauces.

Her relationship with chef Anthony Bourdain is so strong that he has invited her to collaborate in his next project that will be ready by 2019: The "Bourdain Market" in New York, which will be located on Pier 57.

Of course, she immediately accepted Bourdain's invitation. The project will have an investment of 60 million dollars and will have at least 100 food places.
