Baja California’s gastronomy is the center of international attention lately and that is mostly thanks to Chef Javier Plascencia.
His main goal is to make a gastronomic destination of this region and, for that, he has dedicated his life to promoting a unique cuisine based on local products.
In this second part of his visit to Casa Plascencia he enjoys a nice little chat with young Tijuanenses before he savoring a fine selection of cheese and ham as well as refreshing wine of the house produced, of course, in the Guadalupe Valley. Casa Plascencia may be a little piece of Spain but it’s still in Baja California. For a main course they have a taste of Cachetes and Pavada.
