Mrs. Norma Patricia Alba Cruz, from the Centro area, mentioned that she thinks these types of events are very helpful, given that sometimes people in her condition don't have enough money to pay for doctors, and thanks to this fair she can get free assistance.

"I had a very bad stomach ache, I went to the doctor, got my prescription, went to the pharmacy and they gave it to me for free. I also went to a module where they cut hair and right now I'm going to a Mobile Court because I have a legal problem and they are going to give some council", she added.
About 10,000 people attended the fair, mostly from the areas of Centro, La Mesa, Otay Centenario, and Cerro Colorado. Two hundred and forty modules were set up, on which the attendees received medical assistance such as, consultations, mammograms, HIV and Syphilis tests, pap smears, as well as eye, nutrition, cardiological and diabetic attention.
