Perhaps in the following days and with the arrival of new cold fronts or another winter storm, Baja California will receive a little more snow, so if you're planning on visiting San Pedro Mártir you must be prepared for weather conditions and know all the requirements for your visit.
Here is a list of all the important information you need:
1.-Schedule:
All week from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
2.-Admission Cost
$64.00 pesos or $4.00 dlls per day.
Free for children under 6 years old and for disabled people.
3.- Transport
The road to the Observatory is completely paved, so you can use any vehicle in good conditions. If the road is covered in snow, then you need to drive there in a 4×4 vehicle.
4.-Can you camp?
Yes, as long as it's not snowing; if there's snowfall, you can only go up and down the same day.
5.- Camping areas have:
-Campfire area
-Benchs
-Grills
-Latrines
-No water, nor light.
