In the face of the upcoming elections, the Business Coordinating Councils and the Economic Development Councils of Tijuana, Mexicali, Ensenada, Tecate and Rosarito Beach have joined forces through open policies related to the challenges that our state faces, because they have planned a long term strategy in the face of the possibility of reelection of key political positions.
In this context, they have published an open letter to the candidates running for presidency and thus, the following is a list of the priority projects for Baja California:
