TIJUANA.- Manuel Juliá, a chef from Tijuana who is part of Síntesis TV Show called "Al Gusto", participated this Saturday at the 4th Annual Paella, Wine and Beer Festival in San Diego, where for the second consecutive time he won one of the prizes.

Manuel Juliá shared photos of the event through his social media, where he announced that he got the second place, this in the category of Valencian paella.
