These are the best dating apps

Love is in the air, and on your smartphone

Sometimes our lack of time doesn’t let us meet new people as much as we would like too, but now it’s not that hard, because dating apps are here to save the day and help you get a date with just one click.

So, if you don’t have a date for this Valentine’s Day, or you just wanna have a good time here’s 5 dating apps to find what you’re looking for.

5. Tinder

This one’s the favorite for a lot of people. It’s user-friendly, but you need to have an active Facebook page to use it; this helps the app to connect with people who might be close to you. If you think you like someone all you have to do is swipe to the right, and If they like you back, you can chat privately. Just remember to add each other on social media accounts to make sure they’re single!

4. Bumble

This app is more directed to women who like to take the first step. Because if both parties are attracted to each other, but she doesn’t reply within 24 hours the chat will disappear. Also, guys can’t start a conversation with girls, but they can extend a chat conversation for 24 more hours, so she can decide. This can only be applied to one person per day, so that guy really has to like you to do it. The only way either person can start a chat is if they are both from the same sex.

3. Badoo

This one started as a Social Network in 2006, and it’s one of the most popular dating apps. It works pretty much like in Tinder, the difference is that this one is a paid app. If you’re interested in trying it, they do have a basic free function that lets you use it for a few days.

2. Grindr

This one is for the gay community. You can upload pictures to your profile and chat with nearby users. It also offers two functions: a basic one, and a paid one with more services.

1. Wapa

This app is mostly used by gay, bi or curious girls and lets you see pictures from nearby girls. The difference with Grindr is that with Wapa you can leave a print to show that you are interested. I found out about this app 4 years ago, recommended it to one of my friends and she found the love of her life. So maybe it’s worth the try

Although dating apps are gaining popularity in the last years, remember it is important to take precautions: Have your dates in public, tell your friends where and who you are with and make sure this person is real to avoid “Catfish”. If this person has nothing to hide, I’m sure they’ll have no problem sharing their social media.
