The finance website, WalletHub, showed a study where it compared more than 100 cities in the United States to find the perfect city to celebrate Halloween without going broke.

This study shows us the reason why San Diego is the ideal place to order candies, buy costumes, enjoy horror movies, haunted houses, parties, among other activities.

Through 21 key metrics, such as costume shops per person, number of candy stores, average price per Halloween party ticket and even the number of stops to order trick or treat, the city of San Diego was evaluated, placed in fourth place.

San Diego stood out in the following aspects:

• Highest percentage of possible trick or treat stops
• Highest fun score on Halloween
• Lower crime rate
• More Halloween costume stores per person
• More candy and chocolate shops per person
• Halloween friendly weather

The maze of Balboa Park is a great attraction of Halloween, everyone who has entered is afraid to move forward, but they always want to go in again.
