Despite coronavirus, bars in Tijuana remain open

Through its social media the Reyes Bar y Cantina announced its reopening this Thursday

The sanitary contingency caused by the coronavirus around the world lead to the closing of non-essential businesses, with the sole objective of avoiding more infections.

One of the most affected áreas is the bar industry, for the moment being Baja california does not allow them to reactivate because they are still under the high risk light, which is now red.

Last week the reopening of another Tijuana bar was announced, we are talking about Reyes Bar y Cantina, known for its famous “gallitos”, it announced its reopening this Thursday July 23 from 2: p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The bar will continue to provide its take out service as well as its famous “gallitos”.

The restaurant will only allow the parties of 8 maximum per table and the use of face masks is recommended when you are in the building.

We want to mention that bars are not permitted to reactivate in Baja California, despite this restriction the Cheers and Grill bar and the BCB Tasting Room opened last week.
