In his daily report, the Secretary of Health of Baja California, Alonso Perez Rico, highlighted the colonies in Tijuana with the highest number of infections. Among these are Lomas del Porvenir, Alemán Zona Norte and Jardines de las Cruces, so stronger actions are being considered to prevent further infections.

Although no neighborhood is safe from the coronavirus, the fact is that there are areas of the city that, due to their population density, present a higher risk of infection.

Among the new infections, 45 were in Mexicali, 31 in Tijuana, 11 in Ensenada, 2 in Tecate and 5 in San Quintín.

There were 33 more unfortunate deaths, 12 in Mexicali, 12 in Tijuana, 6 in Ensenada and 3 in Tecate, for a total of 2 thousand 571 deceased in Baja California.
