As a result of an anonymous complaint about the sale of drugs and the use of slot machines, elements of the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) complied with a search warrant at the home located on Santo Tomas Street in the Baja California neighborhood in Mexicali.

The agents detained 75-year-old CARLOTA "N" after finding a metal box containing five white plastic wrappers, apparently containing methamphetamine. In addition, six digital gaming machines of different colors were located.

Mrs. Carlota was taken, as well as the drugs, to the Specialized Prosecutor´s Office for Drug Trafficking, where her legal status will be defined, as informed by the FGE in a press release last October 30th.

The State Attorney General's Office will follow up on the reports where the carrying out of illegal activities is denounced in an anonymous manner and the people who are involved in them will be arrested.
