The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego reminds the population that every Monday they will be testing for coronavirus at its facilities, located at 1549 India Street, San Diego CA 92101.

They stressed that these tests, besides being free, are confidential, so the immigration status of people who wish to undergo this test will not be taken into account. Another advantage that the consulate offers is that you can arrive without an appointment.

The facilities will be open for the test from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Coronavirus testing is recommended for people who have symptoms and who are part of the risk population.

The results of the tests will be obtained in approximately 3 days. However, if you have not received the results you can call 2-1-1, 5 days later to speak to the COVID-19 Nurse Helpline.
