Closure of the medical lane to the United States announced

From December 28 to January 4, 2021, it will not be possible to enter the American Union by this means

The City of Tijuana, through the Secretariat of Economic Development of the city (Sedeti) announced the closure of the medical lane at the border crossing checkpoints to the United States.

Those who are part of the Agile Crossing for Users of Medical Services and Business Tourism will not be able to use this access road to the American Union, since this exclusive lane will remain closed from Monday, December 28th until Monday, January 4th, 2021.

The reason for the closure is for the relocation of this lane, which will be placed at the far left of the San Ysidro checkpoint.

The program will resume regular operation on Monday, January 4, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
