As part of Mexico's National COVID-19 Vaccination Plan, the first to be vaccinated with Pfizer's drug will be frontline health workers and the rest of this personnel.

However, the people who should not receive this vaccine are those under 16 years of age, pregnant women, and those in the acute phase of COVID-19; this phase corresponds from day 1 to 14, as mentioned by the Secretary of Health of Baja California Alonso Pérez Rico.

Other people who will not be vaccinated are:

People who recently became ill with COVID-19 and are not yet recovered (have less than 14 days with symptoms)
People living with immunosuppression from any cause (including HIV)
People with a history of severe allergy (anaphylactic reaction type)
Persons who have received a blood transfusion, application of blood products containing antibodies, or treatment with plasma or monoclonal antibodies against COVID-19, within 3 months prior to the date of the vaccination appointment
As well as people with known hypersensitivity to the components of the vaccine

According to Pérez Rico, people who present any of the following indicators will be suspended (but will eventually be given) from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine:

People with a temperature higher than 38°C
People with bleeding type disorder
Those less than 30 days after influenza vaccination
And those who have recently had COVID-19

If you still don't know when your shot is due, the groups and schedule are listed below:

January 2021: Healthcare workers
February-April 2021: Adults 60+ (possibly including police, fire, and teachers)
April-May 2021: Adults aged 50-59
May-June 2021: Adults aged 40-49
June 2021 and March 2022: Rest of the population[/li][/ul]

The head of this agency commented that these times can be shortened in case, in addition to the Pfizer vaccine, the CansinoBio vaccine, AstraZeneca, and those corresponding to the COVAX alliance arrive in the country.
