Rainfall forecast for five consecutive days in Tijuana

Starting tomorrow, March 8, the rains will begin in the municipality.

Rains will once again appear in Tijuana territory and this time it won't be a matter of just one day, as the METEORED extended forecast predicts that this phenomenon will continue for almost the entire week, from Monday to Friday.

On Sunday, March 7th, the day remained with cloudy conditions, putting the population on alert for the possibility of rains that we now know could occur until today, which would cause an obstacle for the protests held for March 8th, a day when women gather to demand a stop to gender violence.

On International women's day, temperatures in the city will remain between 62° and 50° F, with a probability of rain so far at 60%, a percentage that will decrease the following day to 50%.

On Wednesday, March 10, the chance of rain will increase to 90%, remaining at that figure until Thursday, while on Friday it will decrease again to 60%. The maximum temperature after Wednesday will be 57° F, with a possible drop to 42°C.

According to information from the National Meteorological System, in the mountainous areas of Baja California, a morning temperature of 23 to 32 degrees Fahrenheit is expected, with the wind gusting from 37 to 50 miles per hour.

At the moment, Civil Protection has not issued any type of weather alert, although it is important to remind the population to take precautions in case of bad weather, as well as to avoid leaving their homes as much as possible and to protect their pets.
