Plaza Península in Tijuana to house H+M and Forever 21

"Península", the new modern plaza currently under construction on Vía Rápida Oriente, very close to the Otay way to the 5 and 10, will be a project of gigantic proportions aimed at satisfying the demands and tastes of Tijuana consumers.

Accessible by the main roads that connect all of Tijuana and at a midpoint between the two border crossings to the United States, "Península" will become a new district right where the area of greatest growth and development of the city begins, attractive to the segment that usually crosses the border to San Diego to shop.

Its goal is for border residents to experience a mall integrated into the environment, with open spaces, amenities and living areas to stay in Tijuana. The site, nicknamed "Fashion Mall" by some, will offer ample green areas, entertainment venues and more than 20 restaurants, bars, food halls and gourmet markets.

Regarding the shopping area, which will have 64 thousand square feet, there will be stores such as:

The site will also feature two hotels: Fiesta Inn and Marriott, with 180 rooms in total, as well as a residential area with 180 apartments and a corporate area with 10 thousand square meters of office space.

"Península”, Tijuana's new Fashion Mall will open its doors to the public in November 2021.
