1.- Traditional Puré´hpecha, Janitzio Monumental Offering

"Our ancestors saw death as a road to another state of living, that's why they used to bury people with their personal objects, which after being discovered by archeologists, helped them identify their social class."

2.- Festival Calacas
[/p]This is a festival where the theater play called "Calacas" is performed, capturing the work essence of Jose Guadalupe, who represents very well the practice of this Mexican tradition. 3.- Catrinas and Catrines Contest
This is the 2th edition and Galerias Hipodromo will be the host of such colorful contest, where the winners of both categories will get $1,500 "galipesos" ($82.00 dlls), which is money you can only spend at the mall.

4.- El Jolgorio de las Almas (The revelry of the souls)

6.- Noche de Mil Sabores (A Thousand Flavors Night)
