Yes, the Baja region is supposed to be experimenting the first signs of winter by now, but weather has never been that "constant" in this side of the world, so it's no surprise that even though we are getting closer to Holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas, Baja California can't let go of the warmth of the last season.
