Tijuana will begin the COVID-19 vaccination of adults over 60 years of age, this Saturday at 9:00 a.m., confirmed the head of the Secretariat of Health, Alonso Perez Rico.
A shipment with 40 thousand doses was expected to arrive last Friday in the state, with which the vaccination will begin in at least nine sites in the city, which are the following:

In addition to the vaccines that arrived yesterday at 1:30 in the afternoon at the Baja California Military Forces airport, 5 thousand and 50 from Pfizer located in Mexicali and one thousand 834 from Sinovac from Ensenada will be redistributed to Tijuana.
The Secretary of Health repeatedly asked Tijuana residents not to start waiting in line at the vaccination sites. Adults over 60 years of age who want to get the anti-COVID vaccine only need to present an official ID (INE/IFE), CURP, proof of address, and blue pen.
