Renowned author and speaker Adriana Reid brought her insights on emotional health and conscious workplace performance to Querétaro through a transformative corporate wellness workshop supported by the state government’s Department of Sustainable Development (SEDESU) and Employability Center.

The “Comprehensive Corporate Well-Being: The Key to Organizational Success” workshop was held at the Club de Industriales and brought together representatives from over 60 companies committed to human transformation in the workplace.

The session focused on promoting a more conscious and resilient corporate culture centered on holistic well-being.

“Spaces like this are key to aligning who we are with what we do. Emotional well-being isn’t a luxury; it’s a strategic necessity for thriving organizations,” said Reid, founder of Be2Be-Coaching and author of Decodifica el bienestar y el desempeño a través de la reprogramación del software humano (“Decode Well-Being and Performance Through Human Software Reprogramming”), which she also presented during the event.

Participants explored topics such as reprogramming the human “software,” applying neuroplasticity in work environments, and practical tools to strengthen everyday well-being among teams. The workshop offered an experience of awareness, connection, and transformation.

The presence of state officials including Marco del Prete, Erick Lugo, Genaro Montes, and José Luis Servién reinforced the government’s commitment to shaping a new workplace narrative that places human development and organizational performance at the same core.

Companies and organizations such as Estafeta Mexicana, ZF Group, Michelin México Services, Autoempaques México, Prolimpieza, MAS Molding, Grupo Peñafiel, Cryoinfra, Coparmex, the Women’s Business Coordinating Council, and the Mexican Red Cross were among many that joined the session with openness and vision, embracing well-being as a strategic part of their culture.

“We continue to build a present for a more human future,” Reid concluded.
