In the last few days, the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Urban Development, and Territory Redesign (SIDURT) showed significant progress regarding this project, which is part of the RESPIRA program that is being implemented in Tijuana.

With this project, the governor of Baja California has said in the last few months, there will be flow from south to north through Héctor Terán Terán Boulevard, including the road junction from Vía Rápida Alamar. For this project, an investment of around 450 million pesos is expected and it is planned that it is concluded in a period of 12 months.

For his part, the head of SIDURT, Arturo Espinosa Jaramillo has already stated that they are working on excavations with heavy machinery in the area of the bridge’s overpass, below the central slabs and the northern and southern returns.

As this project is being constructed in this area of the city, citizens are recommended to drive carefully, respect signs, and keep an eye on speed limits.
