Families looking for a fresh twist on traditional Easter celebrations won’t want to miss the “Bunny Train” event hosted by the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum.
Scheduled for March 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., this experience combines the charm of a vintage train ride with the timeless fun of an Easter egg hunt, offering a memorable day out for children and parents across San Diego County.
A Ride Through the Countryside
This adventure begins as families board a train decorated in vibrant spring colors. The scenic journey takes passengers through the rural landscapes of the county, setting the stage for a thematic celebration.
Upon returning to the museum, the festivities continue inside the main exhibition hall, where multiple spaces are filled with hidden eggs and surprises waiting to be discovered.
Fun for the Whole Family
Children’s tickets grant access to a variety of seasonal activities. In addition to the train ride and museum entry, kids can participate in the egg hunt, which features a special section designed specifically for attendees under three years old.
