This information about the disturbing video hasn't been confirmed by the Mexican authorities, it's a rumor that's been making the rounds on the Internet along with the video. What is a fact is that Walter Suk from Quebec, Canada kissed the minors.
A citizen decided to confront the Canadian citizen and record the moment when he started interrogating him, this is when Suk confessed to having kissed the girls as well as saying "It's normal".
Yesterday, the suspected child molester was detained and released later that day.
Meanwhile, the mother of the minors involved in the video filed a complaint against Walter Suk to the local authorities stating sexual abuse, whom Suk is currently under investigation for.
"This man is allegedly a pedophile and is currently detained, the presumption of innocence will be upheld, however, according to current investigations, he will be brought before the corresponding criminal judge", stated the prosecutor office of the state of Guerrero, Mexico.
