Two cafés from Ensenada and two from Tijuana have been named among the 50 best coffee shops in Mexico, according to the prestigious 2025 rankings released by The Best Coffee Shops Mexico.
The annual initiative is based on a rigorous nationwide evaluation, with expert judges visiting nominated establishments and assessing every aspect of the experience, from ambiance and barista expertise to coffee quality, innovation, and sustainability. These professional reviews are combined with public voting to determine the highest-ranking cafés.
This year, Baja California’s vibrant coffee culture earned four coveted spots on the elite list.
