Baja California Culinary Fest 2013 : Offering the best cuisine in the state

Considered one of the best gastronomical events in the country, the 3rd edition of the Baja California Culinary Fest will be celebrated with the participation of 25 guest chefs, cooking enthusiasts, sommeliers and cooking schools, among many more which will participate coming from different cities in the country as well as Southern California.

The state of Baja California is widely benefited by its geographical location and its weather, making it's culinary offer very varied as well as making the entire region a tourist attraction, it was because of this that a group of chefs had the initiative to make the "Baja California Culinary Fest", which received the award for Best Touristic Product of the country in the category of Gastronomical tourism, in the 2011 event "Tianguis Turistico".



Baja California Culinary Fest 2013, with have 25 guest Chefs, all hailing from different cities, for example from Southern California there will be Chefs from San Diego and Los Angeles, as well as from the rest of Mexico, among them are renowned Chefs like Juantxo Sanches, Maria Teresa Ramiez, Jorge Vallejo, Pedro Ortega, Israel Montero, Josefina Santacruz, Jose Miguel Garcia, Gerardo Vazquez Lugo, Francisco Ruano, Oenologist Hugo D'acosta and several Chefs from Baja California like Miguel Anguel Guerrero, Javier Plascencia and Roberto Alcocer to mention a few.
