Dr. Juan Manuel Ocegueda Hernández, the Dean of the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), shared great news through social media, because for the first time, UABC has entered the world ranking of higher education institutions called "Time Higher Education World University Rankings."
In the list World University Rankings 2018, published by the company TES Global Limited, the school is ranked among the best 1,100 institutions in the world.
In the world list, only 11 universities in Mexico were recognized, and the only one from the northwest region was UABC.
