Javier Plascencia, renowned Baja Chef, has partnered with Expedia.mx and created the first website on the region where you can find the best restaurants, bars, vineyards and more with very detailed information.
According to the Communications Coordinator for Expedia, the sections on this menu are, at the moment, Chef Javier Plascencia's most recommended places.

Appetizers
Appetizers, you can call them that or make them your main dish. Here you'll find options such as the famous and internationally recognized "Caesar salad", a molcajete of aguachile, a sea urchin with clam tostada or just recharge your energy with a delicious coffee.
Main Course
To use local and fresh products is an important part of the culinary arts of Baja, and that's why the dishes change according to the season. This does not create any limitation because a wide variety of products is always available. The most important ingredients come from the sea and from Guadalupe Valley. Seafood, olive oils, cheeses and tiny vegetables create a mosaic of smells, colors and flavors.
