Valle de Guadalupe in Ensenada, Baja California is one of the greatest, smoothest and prettiest places to spend a day, a weekend, or a week. A great variety of restaurants, food trucks and wineries are always ready for you, and everything is prepared with the freshest ingredients of the region.

There's always something new to try and see, so it's no mistake that the 4th edition of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants has given an award to a place located in Valle: Corazon de Tierra.

If you haven't visited this beautiful restaurant then please put it on your bucket list. Corazón de Tierra has Chef Diego Hernandez Baqueadano in charge and has the 39th place of the 2016 list of best Latin American restaurants.

Nine Mexican Restaurants have a place in the list, but Chef Virgilio Martinez has kept his restaurant "Central" in Peru at the top of the list for three consecutive years.

Corazon de Tierra obtains its special touch thanks to their own fresh ingredients, nurtured in their own garden, supporting the local industry of farmers.
