ENSENADA.-State Governor, Francisco "Kiko" Vega de Lamadrid, congratulated the men and women of the Mexican Air Force for its one hundred years of loyalty and undertaken courage of daily safeguarding the Mexican air space, for this event General of the D.E.M. Division and Commander of the Second Military Region, Augusto Moisés García Ochoa was present.



"We know the work that the Air Force carries out is to benefit all Mexicans, by participating in security, rescue and assistance actions, and always being there when the population is in need," mentioned the State Governor yesterday, during a commemorative brunch.

During the event, Vega and the invited authorities toured Ensenada's 3rd Military Air Base forecourt observing a photographic exhibit of the Mexican Air Force history, while at the same time a demonstration of flyovers from different airplanes was shown, displaying some abilities and skills on behalf of the institution's pilot team.



As part of the program General of the D.E.M. Brigade and Commander of the Second Military Area, Gabriel García Rincón, gave a celebratory message to commemorate the Mexican Air Force centennial.
